• Delivery schedules are estimates only and subject to availability of raw materials, production schedules, and logistics.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our premises.

• We are not liable for delays or losses caused due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, transport issues, or regulatory changes.

6. Returns & Claims

• Returns are accepted only in cases of genuine manufacturing defects and must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

• No returns will be accepted for custom formulations or opened packaging.

• Claims must be supported with batch number, invoice copy, and a valid reason, subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
