Uses of Aluminium Stearate include:
- Increasing viscosity in greases (especially graphite grease)
- Form waterproof coating along with wax for canvas fabric coating (eg., boots, military tents, wtc.)
- When heated, it forms a gel with mineral oil, hence, acts as an anti-setting agent by forming a thixotropic gel in solvent-based paints.
- As a gelling agent in many cosmetic formulations.

The Product: Aluminium Stearate
Aluminium Stearate is a white or slightly yellow powder, mainly used as a heat stabilizer and lubricant for PVC plastics, anti-settling agent and drier in the paint industry, waterproofing agent for fabrics, thickening agent for lubricating oil, etc. It is insoluble in water, ethanol, ether, but soluble in solvents such as alkali, turpentine, mineral oil, petroleum, kerosene, and benzene. It forms a thixotropic gel on heating with mineral oils and solvents which is the main premise of its use and design. We have hi-gel, supergel and non-gel grades. We manufacture all three types- aluminium mono-stearate, aluminium di-stearate and aluminium tri-stearate

The Product - Zinc Stearate
Zinc stearate is a "zinc soap" that is widely used in a number of industrial processes. We mostly follow the semi-wet production process which combines the characteristics of high purity, transparency, and good thermal stability. At the same time, it has been tested and used in the petrochemical industry to prove that the product quality indicators are equal to or better than similar imported products. It can be used as a non-toxic stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride, with low initial coloration and good weather resistance. This product is not easy to use alone, because it has a significant catalytic effect on the degradation of polyvinyl chloride, and after a period of time, the product can change color rapidly. It has a synergistic stabilizing action with calcium stearate. With barium cadmium soap, it is used for general soft products.
